Security Cameras

All of our offices are equipped with cameras or will be equipped with them. As soon as you are in the parking lot, on the driveway, or inside the offices, you will be recorded. This is important for your safety, as well as for the safety of our colleagues. The camera footage is deleted after four weeks, unless there are valid reasons to retain it longer, such as for a police investigation. Publication Policy

Both positive and less positive experiences are displayed, as long as they are respectful. Goudmunter reserves the right to reject offensive or unlawful content. We do not remove reviews based on their content, unless they are defamatory or false.

Without the express prior written consent of the trademark owner, it is prohibited to use the name “Goudmunter” or any similar name, spelling, or derivative form in any context whatsoever.

Including, but not limited to: Goudmuntr, goudmunt, Goudmunte, Goud munter, Goudmunter Gent, Goudmunter Knokke, Goudmunter Goud & zilver,...

This includes, among other things—but is not limited to—the following:

Online Advertising or Search Engine Marketing (SEA/SEO)

The use of “Goudmunter” or variations thereof as a search term, ad term, keyword, tag, meta tag, or reference term within Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media, or other advertising platforms.

Any attempt to divert traffic or customers by using the brand name “Goudmunter” or similar spellings in online advertisements, search engine optimization, website titles, or descriptions.

Comparative or Misleading Advertising

Mentioning, comparing, or implicitly referring to “Goudmunter” in commercial communications, reviews, advertising copy, or other promotional materials with the intent to influence consumers.

Domain Names and Social Media

Registering or using domain names, usernames, or social media profiles that include the name “Goudmunter” or a similar form.

Trade Documents and Publications

The use of the name “Goudmunter” in brochures, press releases, blogs, or other publications that give the impression that there is a commercial or legal relationship with the trademark owner.

Such infringements will, without further notice, result in legal action, damages of at least 10,000 euros per day per instance of infringement, and court orders requiring the trademark owner to cease such activities.
